Thank you for choosing me as your captain for your upcoming charter. I have a few questions for you and a few things to go over to make sure your voyage is a fun and safe one.

Below we have a few questions about you and your guest. The USCG requires that we have a USCG approved wearable life jacket and the correct size for each person on board.

Do you have any adults that are over 300lbs with a chest of 52" or larger

Are there any children 30 - 50lbs

How many average size adults over 90lbs under 300lbs with a 30-"-52" chest

Any infants under 30lbs

Are there any youths 50 - 90lbs

Children under six years of age must wear a USCG–approved life jacket at all times while on any vessel less than 26 feet in length that is underway upon Florida waters. (“Underway” means any time except when the vessel is anchored, moored, docked, or aground.) Life jackets must be used in accordance with the USCG approval label. If you plan on briging your own persoal life jacket it must have the USCG aproved lael on it. othrwise the children under 6 on a boat 26ft or less will have to wear our USC approved lif jacket.

Please if possible no glass on board especially beer bottles and wine glasses. Properly stored champagne and liquor bottles may be brought aboard.

NO RED Wine, Cheetos, Doritos as these items tend to stain the upholstery.

NO smoking or any other open flames. Vaps are ok.

While on board a boat we are under federal law since marijuana is still federal illegal. Marijuana is not allowed onboard regardless if it’s legal in the state we are in or you have a medical marijuana card. You will be given one warning. Second one we return to dock with no refund.
